The Jones County Animal Shelter is a non-profit animal shelter whose mission is to pick up stray animals in the community and place them up for adoption. The shelter personnel are dedicated to educating the public about over population and responsible pet ownership.

There is one animal control officer, Tina Cole and Sherrie Evans is the shelter assistant.

Monetary, supply and volunteer donations are gladly accepted.
