Animal Control Officer (Full- Time) AC25-02102

The Jones County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for a full-time Animal Control Officer.  The applicant will be responsible for capturing and transporting animals, caring for confined animals including feeding and cleaning cages, setting live traps, and assisting customers and citizens.  The applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Georgia driver’s license.  Prior experience in dealing with the public and animals is preferred.
